Artist Statement

Mind in Dialogue…
Who am I? Who are we? My sculptures explore the inner structures and shapes of our personalities. They are the unseen faces of ourselves. Man is the formation of layers and layers within the conscious and unconscious which continually creates new shapes within our identity. This new identity must have a shape, structure, material and cohesion. My plywood busts explore a longing and emptiness within ourselves that need to be seen and confronted.
